1. Acceptance
By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or using any part of the eMobility Academy platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you don't agree, please stop using the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement and provide accurate registration details.
3. Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your password secure.
- You may not share your account with anyone else.
- You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised use.
4. Course access + intellectual property
- Course content (videos, slides, kits, project rubrics) is licensed to you for personal learning during your enrolment period.
- You may not redistribute, mirror, or commercially exploit course content.
- Code you write during projects is yours — we keep no rights to your project deliverables beyond a perpetual licence to display them in your eMobility Academy public profile (if you opt in to public profile).
5. Payments + refunds
- Course fees are payable in full or via available EMI options at checkout.
- EMI defaults follow our published refund policy.
- Refund eligibility is determined by the refund policy at the time of your original enrolment.
6. Certificates + credentials
- Certificates are issued on successful course completion as defined by each course's completion criteria (lesson progress, project submission, viva pass).
- Certificates are verifiable via a public verification code printed on each certificate.
- Certificates issued in error (technical glitch, late-detected fraud) may be revoked with notice.
7. Conduct
You may not: cheat on assessments, harass other learners or staff, use the platform to distribute malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, or use automated tools to scrape or download content.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms with notice (immediate for severe violations such as academic dishonesty). You may close your account any time via Settings → Close account.
9. Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is". We don't warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or job placement outcomes. Placement support is a service we provide; placement itself depends on your performance and the market.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [OPERATOR TO PROVIDE CITY], India.
