As an Electrical Engineer at DIYguru, you will leverage your technical expertise to create high-quality educational content that enhances the learning experience for our students and prepares them for careers in the fast-evolving field of electric mobility.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Design and Develop Training Materials</strong>: Create detailed training materials, including manuals, presentations, videos, and practical guides, focusing on EV electronics, battery systems, power electronics, and energy management. Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with industry standards.</li><li><strong>Develop Hands-On Learning Modules</strong>: Design and develop hands-on learning modules and lab exercises that provide practical experience with EV electronic components, battery management systems, and related technologies.</li><li><strong>Collaborate with Instructional Designers</strong>: Work closely with instructional designers and educators to integrate technical content into engaging and effective educational programs. Ensure training materials are accessible and understandable for learners at various skill levels.</li><li><strong>Stay Updated on Industry Trends</strong>: Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in EV electronics, battery technology, and related fields. Incorporate new technologies and best practices into training materials to ensure relevancy and industry alignment.</li><li><strong>Conduct Technical Research</strong>: Perform technical research and analysis to support the development of training content. Stay informed about emerging technologies and innovations in the EV industry to keep the curriculum current.</li><li><strong>Support Practical Training Sessions</strong>: Assist in the delivery of practical training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations. Provide technical expertise and support to instructors and students during hands-on learning activities.</li><li><strong>Collaborate with Industry Experts</strong>: Engage with industry professionals and academic partners to gather insights and feedback on training content. Ensure that DIYguru’s educational offerings reflect the needs and expectations of the industry.</li><li><strong>Develop Assessment Tools</strong>: Create quizzes, exams, and practical assessments to evaluate student understanding and proficiency in EV electronics and battery systems.
