This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in automotive engineering and a passion for education and sustainable technology.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Develop Curriculum and Training Programs</strong>: Design and develop comprehensive curriculum and training programs focused on EV technology, vehicle dynamics, and autonomous vehicle systems. Ensure content is up-to-date, technically accurate, and aligned with industry standards.</li><li><strong>Deliver Hands-On Training</strong>: Lead hands-on training sessions and workshops that provide practical experience in EV systems, vehicle dynamics, and autonomous technologies. Guide students through lab exercises, simulations, and real-world projects to enhance learning.</li><li><strong>Conduct Technical Research and Development</strong>: Stay current with the latest advancements in automotive engineering, particularly in EV and autonomous vehicle technology. Conduct research to continuously improve course content and ensure it reflects the latest industry trends and innovations.</li><li><strong>Collaborate with Industry Experts and Partners</strong>: Work closely with industry professionals, academic institutions, and internal teams to enhance the quality and relevance of our educational offerings.
