The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing partnerships with educational websites such as Collegedunia, Career360, CollegeDekho and Shiksha.com, as well as forming alliances with NBFCs, Banks, Career Portals, Newspapers and Automotive Industries LMS. This role is critical in expanding DIYguru's reach, enhancing our brand presence, and driving enrollments through collaborative initiatives. The Affiliates and Alliance Manager will play a key role in identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships that align with our growth strategy and educational goals.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Develop and Manage Partnerships</strong>: Identify, initiate, and manage partnerships with educational platforms like Collegedunia, Shiksha.com, and similar websites. Foster alliances with banks, industries, and corporate partners to enhance DIYguru’s market presence and reach.</li><li><strong>Drive Affiliate Programs</strong>: Create and manage affiliate programs to promote DIYguru’s courses and certifications. Develop incentive structures and marketing materials to support affiliates in driving traffic and enrollments.</li><li><strong>Negotiate and Formalize Alliances</strong>: Negotiate terms and agreements with potential partners, ensuring mutual benefits and alignment with DIYguru’s objectives. Formalize partnerships through contracts and MOUs.</li><li><strong>Collaborate on Marketing Campaigns</strong>: Work closely with the marketing team to develop joint marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and co-branded content with partners to maximize visibility and engagement.</li><li><strong>Monitor and Evaluate Partnership Performance</strong>: Track and evaluate the performance of partnerships and affiliate programs using key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on the effectiveness and ROI of these collaborations.</li><li><strong>Expand Industry Alliances</strong>: Proactively seek new opportunities for alliances with banks, financial institutions, automotive companies, and other relevant industries to create value-added services and offerings for our learners.</li><li><strong>Engage in Relationship Building</strong>: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring ongoing communication, engagement, and satisfaction. Act as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related inquiries and activities.</li><li><strong>Develop Strategic Alliances for Growth</strong>: Identify and pursue strategic alliances that can enhance DIYguru’s course offerings, funding options for students, and industry collaborations that provide practical training and placement opportunities.</li><li><strong>Stay Informed on Market Trends</strong>: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the education and mobility sectors to identify potential partners and collaborations.</li><li><strong>Manage Cross-Functional Projects</strong>: Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure partnership activities are aligned with overall business objectives and effectively executed.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.</li><li>A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in partnership management, affiliate marketing, or business development, preferably within the education, technology, or automotive sectors.</li><li>Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing partnerships and alliances.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders, including educational platforms, financial institutions, and industry partners.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with experience in monitoring partnership performance and providing data-driven insights.</li><li>Ability to think strategically and creatively to identify new partnership opportunities and develop innovative collaboration models.</li><li>Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.</li><li>Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.</li><li>Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.</li></ul><p><strong>What Makes DIYguru a Great Place to Work</strong><br />At DIYguru, we are committed to fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
